At Value Pets Supplies we endeavor to deliver products as soon as possible upon receipt of order. We believe “Time is money” and empty shelves/racks are a great loss of revenue, rest assured, we take deliveries very seriously and strive to deliver all your orders promptly.

+ Dubai - Order before 3.00PM will deliver in "24 to 48" hours 

+ Abu Dhabi Order before Sunday & Wednesday 11:59pm will deliver on "Tuesday & Friday" 

+ Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain Order before Thursday 11:59pm - will deliver on "Saturday"

+ Al Ain Order before Thursday 11:59pm – will deliver on Saturday or Monday 

+ "Same day" Pick up - Order before 09.00AM & Pick up the items from warehouse after 3.00pm

As we follow a FIRST IN FIRST OUT methodology of stocks, please note the expiration dates mentioned on the website are no guarantee that you will receive stocks with the exact same dates. The dates mentioned are "PREFERRED DATES" and a request from your end for us to provide you with the longest expiry. At Full price Value Pets reserves the right to ensure we give you the longest expiry by practicing FIFO.

At Value Pets Supplies Trading LLC, we try our best to support eco friendly products. Our Shampoo bottles are made out of Corn. Our Wee-Wee pads/Diapers are made out of Bamboo. Our Dog waste bags are made out of bio degradable plastic. The stuffing of our beds come from recycled plastic. These are just a few products that we have listed, the list goes on an on.
